We want you to be completely happy with your order.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within ten days of receipt of your order.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition in which it was received. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way. Please call us to make prior arrangements for large items or furniture returns.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply.

Return Eligibility

 

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:

Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

 

Registry/Gift Returns

 

In the event that the item was a gift, store credit or E-Commerce credit will be granted to upon return of the gift item in its original condition. Store credit and E-Commerce credit is offered for 90 days after original purchase.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

 

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and sound. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We’re happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.
