Regency Towers I

This 30-year-old condo was an extensive gut and remodeling project. Our clients hail from Corpus Christi, Texas, and were used to living in a traditional Tuscan home. Our goal, in conjunction with the General Contractor, was to give them a completely different experience and a fun getaway place to entertain. Recently sold for a handsome profit, we are in the process of “doing it again” and designing another home for them!
