Organiglam at its best: The Panorama Loft Install

ORGANIGLAM. That’s the first thing that pops to mind after finishing this design! The client’s previous furniture was mostly leather and metals. With the refreshing updates I love the texture, warmth and livable quality of wood, stone and “real” surfaces that come from nature. The project was a masculine style with a touch of sparkle and an addition of femininity to balance it out.

Our client has scored big time with his new and improved living room! He needed a space he could sit back and watch football with his friends. We replaced a boring leather couch and incorporated this large couch for the boys to get together and have room to cheer for their favorite teams.

We found great pieces of art to fill the walls of our client’s home. The giant Lincoln is an original by a local artist, Michael Wardle. We got the gorgeous red metal piece of art from the client’s brother-in-law. The piece of art is on a Micah wallpaper imitating the effect of miniature rocks. We lined the hallway with framed photographs that the client had taken.

Vegas highrise design
If you’re thinking you’ve never seen anything like this before, it’s because you haven’t! The window seat and the metal ball table in front of it is custom from Inside Style. The window seat is perfect for a Vegas penthouse so the client can overlook all the wonders of Vegas such as Aria, Bellagio, the Monte Carlo, Planet Hollywood, and the top of the High Roller. The window seat is accompanied by stunning pillows that bring lively textures and colors together.

The box chairs are also a custom from Inside style. Get this, they swivel! Not many box chairs are able to swivel. These are able to do so to get a glimpse of every aspect in the room. Looking down from the chair’s view is the Saddlemans’ Sante Fe chili pepper colored cowhide with a gorgeous table from Palachek.

Next to these brilliantly studded armchairs is one of my favorite little additions. I’ve named it the Purveyor’s Perch, and while it carries the flowing style and groovy design of the seventies, it also has middle eastern elements and warm tones (comfy too!). Placing it directly at the window of this Vegas highrise makes it all the more classic in this design.

Love the bedside lights? So do we! The room is rustic and inviting with warm colors for guests to enjoy. The features and accessories are relaxing yet exciting. There are different textures all around the room to give its own personality.

interior design master bedroom

The master bedroom has a great sense of chic! The back wall is a wood that looks textured and the sea urchin fixtures bring it together for a very modern and classy room. The room and the client’s closet have something in common: great style! Get a closeup of these “twiggy” lamp bases at the bedside tables:

After completing the client’s Vegas home we were happy to give a feeling of a “home away from home.” Client preferences are always key to a successful design collaboration – and we strive to incorporate the wishes of our clients mixed with our take on the design to really make the space come alive!
